No we the people need to see what's in these agreements. Not some report submitted to Congress by Obama . we need to see them and congress needs to have the ability to stop agreements with amendments or the 60 percent Senate cloture etc. TPA takes away all of these tools that the Constitution granted to congress , the people and Stats to check Obama . what is your rush to give dictatorial power to Obama?
