MCLENNAN COUNTY - Law enforcement officials from across the country met at McLennan Community College for four days for a private conference about policing the growth of motorcycle gangs.
The conference, put on by the Midwest Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association out of St. Louis, MO, was scheduled before the Twin Peaks shooting May 17 after investigators saw rising tensions between motorcycle gangs on the rise in Central Texas.
"We do a considerable amount of talking about these confederations and coalitions... and try to make them understand a little bit the motives behind these is other than what they advertise," MOMGIA Executive Director, Steve Cook said.
Cook, who's gone undercover with motorcycle gangs in the past, agreed to allow News Channel 25 to report on the conference, but only until after it was over. This was to protect the identities of officers still undercover.
Behind locked doors, officers learned how motorcycle gangs operate, often dealing in drug and human trafficking. Gangs often transport and sell methamphetamine and have a structure similar to military or para-military organizations. Cook said they've seen an influx of gang members that are also a part of motorcycle clubs and club confederations.
"They're absolutely gangs. If you're wearing a 1-percent diamond and you're associating with the individuals these people and associating with the kinds of activities they are, they're a gang by any classification and to take it a step further, they're organized crime," Cooks said.
Cook said nothing much changed in what the officers were learning in the four day long classes because of the Twin Peaks shooting. He said the shooting is just the latest in a long line of biker gang related incidents across the country.
"It's rampant. They're spreading all across the country, all over the world for that matter...You're either going to pay attention to these guys or you're going to ignore them," Cook said.
Yeah, but they are thieves with guns and badges. The only difference between them and the ones that they arrest and put in jail is that they have badges and the other guy doesn’t have a badge. The reason they arrest thieves is to eliminate the competition .
+1.
“Don-o, the cops sitting in their cars ... what were they doing there in the first place?”
“Meanwhile, guys like Matt Clendennen, a good guy and probably a 2nd amendment rights kind of guy, have their personal, professional, and financial lives permanently and severely harmed. “
“His membership in the Scimitars, his Cossacks heart patch and his presence at the killing scene of 9 men was enough to place him on the list for probable cause?”
“Meanwhile, guys like Matt Clendennen, a good guy and probably a 2nd amendment rights kind of guy, have their personal, professional, and financial lives permanently and severely harmed. “
Then why was he wearing a Cossack patch and involved in a gang war?
“Lots of Bandido Boot Lickers around here. I wonder how many live in a town with their own Bandido chapter?”
They hold up Matt C as an example of a fine outstanding family man!
DUH!
On a Sunday afternoon wearing his Cossack patch he rides into a Bandidos meeting with about 70 other Cossack patch wearers knowing that the Cossacks and Bandidos were in open warfare! He is either totally stupid or part of the problem.
What is a fine family man doing at a Breastaurant on a Sunday afternoon with a bunch of biker gangs?
Lawyers present biker gangsters as heros!
Oh no, the semi-literate PR guy for the ATF/Waco Combine has shown up to annoy us with his constant prattle and attempts to advance the ATF/Waco Combine’s narrative.

Mr. Alinksky, you again personally attack me because you have nothing of fact to counter my factual posts.
He should have stayed home with his family on a Sunday afternoon instead of riding 150 miles to engage in gang warfare.
“Rodriguez had seven children, 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, most of whom had gathered at his home Wednesday afternoon to help each other through the loss.”
“Lots of Bandido Boot Lickers around here. I wonder how many live in a town with their own Bandido chapter?”
Normally only chapter members attend these meetings.
Why was the meeting changed from Austin to Waco at the last minute?
Why were riders from all over Texas converging at Waco?
Did you read the article at the link?
It contains some information not previously discussed here that I have seen.
For one thing, how a Cossack saw his father shot in the head twice at point blank range.
“A biker was shot dead at point blank range with two bullets to the head in front of his son during the Waco gang bloodbath.
Daniel Boyett, 44, was murdered after he fell to the ground during the height of the gun battle as his fellow biker son looked on unable to help him.”
“Among the dead was Boyatt, 44. His killer shot him at point blank range as the victim’s son watched.
The son is under police protection as his evidence maybe used to identify his father’s killer. Daily Mail Online has agreed not to name him because of the threat to him.”
“His killer shot him at point blank range as the victims son watched.”
Must have been an undercover cop that shot him /sarc

Nitwit, you do not understand the meaning of FACTUAL. I and others have repeatedly asked you to post a link to factual information (you know, actual videos, autopsy reports, etc.) and you’ve never been able to do that. The reason you’ve never been able to do that is because Obama’s DOJ operatives and their compliant Waco police willing executioners are refusing to release that HARD evidence. Now I wonder why they are unwilling to do that...could it be that it does NOT SUPPORT THEIR PREPOSTEROUS NARRATIVE?
Weathers testified as follows at his own bond hearing.
“Weathers testified that he and about 15 other Bandidos from the Dallas area had just pulled into the restaurant parking lot and saw Cossacks lining the patio area. He said he hadnt even parked his motorcycle before Cossacks yelled at club President David Martinez that he couldnt park in a particular spot.
Weathers said he felt like the Cossacks were disrespecting Martinez, and he rushed over and told them not to talk to his president that way. Suddenly, a Cossack punched him in the face, he said.
He said he put his head down to cover up and defend himself and heard gunshots seconds later. He was being pulled to the ground and was being hit in the face, he said. Later, he was shot in the arm. The bullet passed through his arm, entered his chest and exited the other side, he said.”
“Weathers said he did not see who fired the first shot because he was fighting with another biker. He remembers hearing the sound of a double-tap, or pulling the trigger twice.”
“After being shot, Weathers ran to take cover behind cars near Don Carlos restaurant, he said. Police arrived quickly and told everyone to get on the ground, he said, estimating the entire incident lasted four or five minutes.”
But we are told there was never any previous problems ...
“In March the Twin peaks branch where the bloodbath happened had hosted another ‘bikers’ night’ which was about to spill into violence until police defused the situation with the threat of mass arrests;

The purpose can't be to advance the ATF/Waco law enforcement narrative, because generally his posts have the opposite effect.
The ONLY accusations that Cossacks engage in "organized crime" on a par with the drug and human trafficking, racketeering, robbery and murder that Bandidos/Hells Angels type clubs have long been known and established for doing with convictions to prove it, are coming from law enforcement in one unattributed blanket statements: "Cossacks see Waco as their territory," and "He said the bike gangs financed their activities by dealing in drugs and prostitution," the "he" being Sheriff Parnell McNamara of Mclennan County.
Other than that, the entire story that Gator links proves that at all times, the Bandidos were the aggressors, that the only times Cossacks engaged in violence was in reaction to being attacked/harassed by Bandidos.
So apparently, any club that the Bandidos decide to attack is then classified as a "criminal gang" by law enforcement SOLELY because the Bandidos are attacking them.
I think his intended purpose is “community organizer,” to whip up emotional reaction. He cares not which way that particular effect goes, as long as somebody gets angry.

I agree that his/her/its posts are not achieving his/her/its objective of advancing the LEO narrative...but I put that down to his/her/its low IQ. He/she/it just drinks the kool-aid and then comes here and regurgitates it.
Of course, most FReepers have too much native intelligence and common sense to lap up his/her/its retched up matter...they recognize it as vomited kool-aid.
You will find also that straight down the line, the Bandidos are the clear and violent aggressors in terms of actual events and charges, except when Cossacks retaliate in kind -- and at that, a careful reading of these stories reveals ZERO zip nada of Cossacks activities that EVER actually involve drug or human trafficking, even according to police. Such activities on the part of the Cossacks are only implied by law enforcement. Even down to the idea that someone who chooses to wear a particular patch INTENDS to announce openly his status as an active criminal SOLELY because "gang experts" say that is his intent.
I really, really hope people call Gator's bluff and read what he links, because every time so far, it has confirmed that in reality, there is ZIP evidence that Cossacks are engaging in anything but telling the Bandidos to go to hell.
