never felt better than when i used to lose weight for wrestling. barely ate for 5 months making weight.
A few years ago I went to a tremendously emotionally trying time with a family situation for about 4 months.
All I could really keep down was Whey powder shakes. Three a day with some solid food at times.
Lost 35 pounds in about 4 months. The funny part is, physically I felt great after the weight loss. LOL
