Sounds like a case ripe for jury nullification. Killing your rapist is completely understandable.

I know about jury nullification. I was foreman of a jury some years ago where we used ‘jury nullification’ in reaching a ‘not guilty’ verdict. Prosecutor was livid...thought he had an open-shut case.
