The article headline gave no indication that in the body of the article was a quote by Walker giving his position on those. I followed the rules which say to include the title of the article. In no way was I trying to change the content, but was trying to get the relevant content out.

You didn't follow the rules. Including the headline in the body when you changed the headline is not what the rule states. After you were warned, you did it again. The main reason for the rule is to avoid duplicate posts. It is also to avoid editorializing in the headlines, the comments are for that.

By the way, both Walker and Cruz underperformed on the question. Unfortunately, to get to guys who are better on it, you have to dig down a bit. It is an important issue, but Ted Cruz has a very strong undercurrent of philosophical conservatism, and Walker is solid and gets things done in my book. So, I account for the candidates' weaknesses and promote (or defend) the best of the lot.
