He’ll turn any event into a race grievance talking point, so that he can promote disharmony and disorder. He says one thing on Monday and the opposite on Tuesday and the press yawns. No matter the left’s rhetoric, it is hard to imagine how any individual’s or group’s safety and security is improved by taking away their guns. If terrorists know that every group of people in America will be unarmed, it will be prime hunting grounds. The only other way protect them is for the police to set up a perimeter around every meeting and school and run every participant through a metal detector. Like that is going to heppen.
Can you imagine the uproar if every leftist meeting or convention required all the participants to provide their names and subject themselves to a search by a conservative police force?
If a conservative gets elected President this time I look for the immediate outrage about government surveillance of its citizens which are now advocated by those people.
As long as our “president” stands with his hands in his pockets and allows Christians, Jews, and innocent adherents of other religions to be slaughtered by militant muslims in the Middle East and Africa, he should have no standing to be heard on this subject. The same is true of his silence about the epidemic of violence against whites (including police officers) by blacks in this country. Until he is ready to become part of the solution rather than part of the problem, he really should keep his comments to himself.
