I realize that, but it's basically a PC hammer to use against whites, conservatives, and Christians. The point I was making is that all crime is hateful, especially murder.
It could be inferred that if there is such thing as a "hate crime," there might also be it's (sort of) opposite, a "love crime." That is absurd, as I mentioned earlier.
I don’t disagree with you. However, my point is that the concept is political in origin. One rarely sees blacks charged with a hate crime and if it is mentioned during the investigative phase I am not aware of any black being tried on the theory.
