I fail to see why Mr. Rubio ‘scares’ all other candidates. That’s not to say he’s not a formidable opponent.
Mr. Rubio’s got a lot of qualities necessary for leadership - young, energetic, good looks, and speaks well. I think he also enjoys a pretty good level of support as well.
Rubio scares all other candidates because he is what I would consider the cutoff point between tiers. Also, unless something goes awry, more than likely he will be the VP pick since it is pretty much a safe assumption that Castro will be the VP pick for the rats. This means Rubio has a spot on the ticket one way or the other.
He is also scaring candidates because he can siphon off both votes and money from either Conservatives or Moderates. While I think this impacts Walker more than Cruz, the damage it does to Bush can ruin his candidacy.
