...At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, according to the AP, the first shots are fired and the video reportedly shows bikers, patrons and staff fleeing, running inside the restaurant. Some run into the bathroom and others go to the kitchen. At least three people reportedly were seen on the video with handguns.

The video doesn’t show the parking lot where much of the violence occurred, the AP reported. The restaurant has said the fight began outside.

Two minutes after the shooting starts, the footage shows police entering the restaurant with assault rifles...

ABC News must be excerpted...

In light of today marking one month after the Waco shooting and of recent activity on FR regarding the event (i.e., "If it wears a vest; you must arrest.") it is probably a good time to review the timeline of events on May 21, 2015.

According to the timeline reported by AP from the Twin Peaks security video, the event took two minutes from the start of shooting until the Waco PD entered the front door of the restaurant.

Waco PD has since claimed that they were in their vehicles at the start of brawl.

In two minutes, the Waco PD:

  1. got out of their vehicles
  2. set up their M4 assault rifles
  3. aimed and fired upon their targets
  4. cleared the parking lot of the multiple armed threats there
  5. entered the restaurant.

Anyone have any experience in this type of operation? Is this timeline credible?

"......At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, according to the AP,...

Lost all credibility right there.

Why can't us little people view all the raw the video; is it too rough for our delicate constitutions?

We are adults and can come to our own conclusions. And with the lack of transparency I must conclude that the media is colluding with the police to cover up murder.

It looks really bad for the cops and the DA.

If I was them I'd be in full CYA mode, and panicking: Some of them are going to jail!

“Anyone have any experience in this type of operation? Is this timeline credible?”

One biker that was detained but not arrested said he knew what to do as soon as he saw the cops. He went face down on the ground BEFORE he was instructed.

I have also heard that the bikers were very busy trying to ‘dispose’ of their weapons when they realized the cops were coming.

Yep, Unfortunately I needed to add the “AP” disclaimer.

Also, on second thought, we can’t assume the PD were in their vehicles at the start of the shooting. They may have been out of their vehicles and ready to fire at that point in time.

The timeline is credible for the FBI HRT or maybe another highly trained law enforcement agency.

But the Waco PD? This is the kind of thing maybe a big city PD would be able to pull off, but Waco?

This video shows the Waco SWAT team and how they get ready for action and I just don’t see this happening in under 120 seconds.

Meaning they planned on this.

WTF is an ATF contractor? Is that another word for ‘confidential informer”? It sounds like ‘more’ than that.

Someone hired by the ATF to do the things that the ATF cant/wont/shouldnt do?

“This video shows the Waco SWAT team and how they get ready for action and I just don’t see this happening in under 120 seconds.”

1. The Waco PD knew that the Cossacks and Bandidos were having a war and expected trouble.

2. They had observed over 50 Cossacks arrive at a Cossack meeting wearing Bandidos patches.

3. They then observed the Bandidos come into the parking lot and a physical altercation begin.

Plenty of time to get ‘at the ready’.

"In two minutes, the Waco PD:.....2.set up their M4 assault rifles"

What does this mean? The only thing I can think of that would constitute "setting up" an M4 is inserting a magazine and pulling the charging handle to chamber a round. This takes less a second and was probably already done before the first shot was fired.

Is it a certainty that?

got out of their vehicles
set up their M4 assault rifles
aimed and fired upon their targets
cleared the parking lot of the multiple armed threats there
entered the restaurant.

In that order exactly? Is that conjecture, a guess, or what?

I’d be okay with this absent the mass arrest on spurious charges. It’s that last factor that makes this whole thing smell bad. And add in that the autopsy reports have yet to come out and then it smells like they’re hiding something because no law enforcement agency keeps it a secret when they’ve done something right.

It’s just not in their nature.

That’s about the amount of time it would take on the rifle range. How long does someone with experience in this type of situation think it would have taken at Twin Peaks?

You may have a point. It's possible, though unlikely, that they:

entered the restaurant.

aimed and fired upon their targets.

set up their M4 assault rifles

cleared the parking lot of the multiple armed threats there

got out of their vehicles

Yeppers, could have happened that way...

I’m pretty sure I was pretty clear in my request for information from people who have experience in this type of situation.

I’ve fired an M16 (close relative of the M4) and have run across a parking lot though not at the same time. That’s the extent of my experience in this type of situation.

Here is what Waco Chief of Police Brent Strother had to say on friday:

None of the Officers were assigned in a sniper capacity and all Officers were in their vehicles at the time the suspects began the shooting. Those Officers were stationed in the parking lots adjacent to the Twin Peaks and were visible to patrons entering the Twin Peaks parking lot. There were 6 marked Waco Police units and 4 unmarked Waco Police vehicles. This does not include DPS vehicles. There were also Texas Department of Public Safety Officers assigned to the event as well.

What is missing is what Abbot's men and Obama's men were doing.

or... The rifles were ready. Some of the 14 cops went inside, while some stayed outside.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. If you are merely talking about inserting a mag and chambering a round, I'm sure the police had their weapons locked and loaded as soon as they arrived at the scene - long before the shooting started.

First of all, I never said that. I've been misquoted.

Secondly, I haven't seen the video yet but two minutes seems a bit long. My guess is that they took the time to put on some gear and "stacked up" outside the door and did a tactical entry. If this was NYC we would have just rushed in the door as soon as we heard shots fired. We're not the brightest but we stop shooters.

Sure it is credible. They were obviously already there. Maybe they saw the sea of bikes and we’re parked near by or they got a call. In any case it appears they were already there.
