...At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, according to the AP, the first shots are fired and the video reportedly shows bikers, patrons and staff fleeing, running inside the restaurant. Some run into the bathroom and others go to the kitchen. At least three people reportedly were seen on the video with handguns.
The video doesnt show the parking lot where much of the violence occurred, the AP reported. The restaurant has said the fight began outside.
Two minutes after the shooting starts, the footage shows police entering the restaurant with assault rifles...

The FACT that hundreds of people were detained, arrested and charged.
Many, most NOT QUILTY of anything...
Then having $MILLION dollar bonds placed on them...blanket like.
Of course...you have no problem with this.
You are what you are...........
I think that they are lying.
He has to be somewhere. No one else will have him. Free Republic is stuck with him. With all the other jackboot lickers on here, one more won’t be noticed that much.
He is a she....fwiw-
She same thing applies and what is one more train pulling groupie?
I forgot to say it in 104, but thanks for the info.
Funny, I had suspected as much.
I think "he" may be a "she." (Called me "dear")
OK, but realize how big your conspiracy just got.
You've got to corral the management and worker bees at both the ATF (ballistics) and FBI (video analysis), and probably the docs/medical personnel doing the autopsy work at the Southwest Institute of Forensic Sciences.
If this was really a planned op don't you think they would have tried to contain the number of people that had to be in on it?
I'm skeptical of many official statements but I'm more skeptical of these same officials being able to plan, organize and maintain large conspiracies.
In this case including the management and employees of the Waco PD, ATF, FBI and the Southwest Institute of Forensic Sciences.
If the main shooting and fight had been between motorcycle club members, as I was initially led to believe, the video of it would have immediately been released. Even one of the police shooting.
For me, a key piece is Chief's statement that HIS Officers were sitting in their vehicles when the trouble broke out.
We do not know the exact nature of that trouble. Police say they were fired on. Were they still in their vehicles? (Chief needs to explain how this is best practice for a situation in which they had intel that trouble was likely at that place at that time).
Where was this guy when the trouble commenced?

Yeah, I agree there's a lot we don't know and I'm hoping the FBI analysis of the video will answer some questions.
One question about boot guy. If his pant legs are messed up because he went for his gun why are both of them screwed up? Did he forget where he kept his weapon?
The Waco Trib and the KWBU both reported that Chief Stroman said in his press conference that no other LE agencies (other than Waco PD) fired shots.
The Houston Chronicle also quoted a Texas DPS spokesman saying that no DPS officers fired.
Isn’t it obvious that Boot Guy is undercover? Would they “burn” him by having him on the firing line? Or was he inside when trouble jumped off?
Seems plausible that he was undercover but we don't know. When was this photo taken? Is it possible that he wasn't there when the action went down but arrived as backup?
Again, why are both pant legs messed up?
Burning an undercover as backup would be a pretty dumb move. But, I can accept it as a possibility. As to source / timeline - I do not know. I can search and see if I can find the original.

One other question I have about the "cop in the bathroom" scenario is why, after all the shooting was over and the scene was controlled, would the cop go armor-up and grab a rifle?
