Silence is consent. It matters not how the individual employees feel about the administration. If they are a part of it, they are the problem, period. If you don't agree with the administration, you leave so that you are not actively participating in the tyranny. As was once said:

That makes sense. How about they stay behind, and try to continue to work from the inside to prevent a total take over by totalitarians? There are many, and the United States is not just the President. You'd turn everything over to the folks who want to destroy you.
