The controversy over the Waco 170 continues as mre info comes out about the people who were arrested after the deadly May 15th shooting incident outside a biker event in Waco, Texas.
Now with this exclusive interview with one of the arrested, you can make up your own mind.
Did the Waco police overstep their authority and arrest innocent people? Or did they do the right thing and bust over 170 dangerous bikers?
Its one thing to read about it. Watch our interview with Matt Clendennen and if you can figure out whos telling the truth: the police or the bikers?

Those pocket knives, nail clippers and legal firearms stored in vehicles must keep you awake nights.
Sorry, but this is my area of expertise. Not yours. Trust me when I say that if 170 people are locked up at one time in one area, it causes many issues.
I’m thinking about changing my tag-line to:
“...those arrested were wearing vests”
...in homage to the silliest [serious] thing I have EVER seen posted at Free Republic.
You’re right about the leftover Janet Reno syndrome. Check this out:
“While in Special Operations Swanton was also involved in the aftermath at Mount Carmel and was awarded the Police Commendation bar along with his other teammates for their involvement.”

Yup.
Nine people were killed. And eighteen wounded.
Not sure whether by each other or by the police. Three weeks after the incident there still hasn’t been a ballistics report released to the defense so I am skeptical as to the likelihood they shot each other.
You have members of one biker gang at an event with a lot of non criminal motorcycle clubs. The police arrest people who were eating in the patio area rather than out in the parking lot where the incident occurred (they might be guilty of actually seeing what happened though). Folks who had no police record and were not members of the criminal gang (the Bandidos) arrested and held on a million dollars bond.
That the police threw so wide a net, have refused to release video or ballistics, and have attempted to infer a retroactively existing criminal history on the Cossacks when the Texas law enforcement biker threat assessment doesn’t list them even on its lowest tier of activity all cast a bad light on this.
You can do whatever you wish. You’re just proving over and over that you have no idea how probable cause works. You support the bikers. No matter if they’re accountants who play biker on the weekends or if they are convicted felons who would beat the crap out of you at the drop of a hat.
Sorry, but you do not appear to HAVE an “area of expertise”.
And I notice you changed your claim from “massive backlog” to “many issues”...
It's pretty silly alright - but I think 'Assless Chaps' still has it beat. Ask Sal...
And evidently you’re unable to read profile pages of fellow FReepers. It’s all there.
But because these bikers look like you, it's a travesty of justice.

And then tell me...everything that the cops did in Waco was righteous..in your eyes.
Do you or do you not...understand you can ride a Harley and NOT be a criminal?
Oh my gosh...they were wearing vests!?!?!!?
Lock um all up...with million dollar bonds!!
“bodies being released for burial”
There was something posted a while back about a funeral for one of them in Austin. The other eight, I have not heard about.
WERE YOU AWARE, thefactor, that according to the Waco PD itself, in a press release put out almost a month after the incident, there were six marked police cars visible in the parking lot before and during the melee?
You are actually buying the line that these so-called hardened criminals did all this right in front of the half a dozen cop cars that the Waco PD proudly tells us were there just in case of trouble?
And that is only scratching the surface of the many fictions one MUST believe in order to buy what the official LEO/MSN narrative is selling.
Just remember who the few individuals are here attempting to convince all this was a perfectly legitimate government law enforcement action.
I’ve seen their comments before on other threads/other events. It seems to be the same individuals over and over.
Just an observation.
Just changed mine this morning or I would be sorely tempted.
:) Thanks.
I know EXACTLY how probably cause works, and the length of incarceration and excessively high bails set in this case are not good examples of its proper invocation.
And I'm sorry, man, but if you cannot see how silly your "...those arrested were wearing vests" comment sounded, then you are a sour, humorless person.
Finally, and possibly most importantly, your argument is rendered invalid by your complete failure to mention accountants who would beat the crap out of you at the drop of a hat - because I support them MOST of all...
Yes. Everything you wrote is there.
” Biker Vets, and and Bikers for Jesus groups “
And those were NOT arrested. Posted a few days ago.
Great find, 184 views. Pathetic.
