Your guess is as good as mine.

Truly, a great observation.
Of all the differences we each bring into the discussions, is there ever a possibility it could ever evolve into, just 3 or 4?
In your time frame, as we are now, they were trying to pull a divided, and financially broken country together.
Hopefully, we get someone who will !
....”One can never rule out what seems impossible!”....
Frankly I’d vote Trump before Jeb and a few others any day.
Agreed. Those who control public opinion have gone too far; i.e. for purposes of control they have divided the country into squabbling groups, women vs. men; Negro vs. White; Christian vs. non-Christian; rich vs. poor; liberal vs. conservative etc. etc.
Of the 20-30 women, of all persuasions, I have talked to about Hillary, none would vote for her.
Distrust, conniving and many other descriptive words were used.
Some not very “Lady Like”!
I only have one or two before Trump and they are neither Senators, or from Florida, Ohio, New York or New Jersey!
Yep...same here....couple before him...but I want things done by people who know how to do that.....and can navigate the terrain to get it done.
She’s doing badly but the press continues to try and frame it otherwise as does her campaign managers.
BEsides they have to make a choice in how far they will let the “investigations” go on their slush fund foundation.....they know that baby could crack open any time and we’ve just heard the tip of that giant International “holding” company.
“Divide and Conquer”, is sometimes forgotten!
Especially, among those who lose, because of it.
2008 & 2012 ,” I won’t vote for him because _____________!”.
I have never met Donald Trump, but I did know his older brother when I was a kid. (We weren’t kids together; Fred Jr. was an adult when I knew him.)
We called him Captain Fred, and he was a very nice man. He used to hand out Mets tickets to us, and when we got to Shea Stadium, we’d find ourselves sitting in the Trump box seats. To tell the truth, we didn’t know who he was until years later, when Donald Trump became a household name. Anyway, I also remember that if Captain Fred saw a kid with not enough money for an ice cream from Mr. Softee, he’d pay for it. Sometimes, he told the Mr. Softee man he’d pay for EVERYONE’S ice cream. We kids loved him.
Sadly, he was a raging alcoholic (which we didn’t realize until much later), and it killed him. I think he was like 42-43 when he died.
As for Donald Trump himself, one of my earliest memories of him was when he took over the renovation of the old Wollman Ice Skating Rink in Central Park. The City had been trying to renovate it for like 6 years, with poor results. Trump took over the renovation, paid for it himself, finished it in 3 MONTHS, and made a deal to operate it and a snack bar in order to recover his costs.
Anyway...that’s all I have to say about him for now. I’ll be interested to see what happens next.
Regards,
My fried loved Trump. Best person, he claims, that he ever worked for. I never met him, but thanks to my friend I was on Trump’s personal plane. Nice ride:)
You got a ride on the Golden Bird? That’s really cool.
Regards,
Nope, just a tour of the plane when it was parked at the airport.
