The woman who has been disguising herself as black wrote a lengthy resignation letter on Facebook.
On Monday, Spokane, Wash., NAACP Chapter President Rachel Dolezal issued her resignation via a Facebook post on the chapters page. This came on the heels of Dolezals cancellation of a press conference that was supposed to be held earlier on Monday for her to address the recent allegations from her parents that shes a white woman whos been posing as a black woman for several years.
In Dolezals resignation letter, which was devoid of any type of apology for her deceitful ways, she made sure to mention issues that plague the black community, such as police brutality and unequal education. She also seemed to try to reshift focus onto these issues, saying that attention has unexpectedly shifted internationally to my personal identity in the context of defining race and ethnicity.
While challenging the construct of race is at the core of evolving human consciousness, we can NOT afford to lose sight of the five Game Changers (Criminal Justice & Public Safety, Health & Healthcare, Education, Economic Sustainability, and Voting Rights & Political Representation) that affect millions, often with a life or death outcome, she wrote. The movement is larger than a moment in time or a single person's story, and I hope that everyone offers their robust support of the Journey for Justice campaign that the NAACP launches today!
In the eye of this current storm, I can see that a separation of family and organizational outcomes is in the best interest of the NAACP. It is with complete allegiance to the cause of racial and social justice and the NAACP that I step aside from the Presidency and pass the baton to my Vice President, Naima Quarles-Burnley, Dolezal added, before listing her many achievements

seems like she was quoting what one of her students accidentally said.
Waitress at Monk's, handing Elaine a menu: "Here you go." Elaine, to the black waitress: "Long day?"
Waitress: "Yeah, I just worked a triple shift."
Elaine: "I hear ya, Sister."
Waitress: "Sister?"
Elaine, as Darryl comes into Monk's: "Yeah. It's OK. My boyfriend's black.
Here he is. See?"
Darryl: "Hi, Elaine."
Elaine: "Hey."
Waitress: "He's black?"
Elaine: "Yeah."
Darryl: "I'm black?"
Elaine: "Aren't you?"
Waitress, leaving: "I'll give you a couple minutes to decide."
Darryl: "What are you talking about?"
Elaine: "You're black. You said we were an interracial couple."
Darryl: "We are. Because you're Hispanic."
Elaine: "I am?"
Darryl: "Aren't you?"
Elaine: "No. Why would you think that?"
Darryl: "Your name's Benes, your hair, and you kept taking me to those Spanish restaurants."
Elaine: "That's because I thought you were black."
Darryl: "Why would you take me to a Spanish restaurant because I'm black?"
Elaine: "I don't think we should be talking about this."
Darryl: "So, what are you?"
Elaine: "I'm white."
Darryl: "So, we're just a couple of white people?"
Elaine: "I guess."
Darryl: "Oh."
Elaine: "Yeah. So do you want to go to the Gap?"
Darryl, leaving with Elaine: "Sure."
Used the N word...,that that’s a conundrum of a call for the PC police.for the new category of transracial...once you change your race isn’t there a probation period certain things before you can start using the N word..I mean is there a test or learner permit ?..does Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton issue you you a certfied black license?
Stay back or I will shoot the n-----!
> I am going to guess that Rachel makes a SNL skit in the near future.
I already thought about that too. What better material could you get? Really...In fact I bet it will be on this week’s episode. Its just too good to pass up.
That settles it. If she used the n-word and didn’t get fired, she’s black Jim.
I remember that one.. funny as hell
Lose one gig,on to the next.I hear the State Dept is hiring spokespeople.
Maybe this eventual exposure was her plan all along and she’s deep undercover to expose the NAACP...
James O’Keefe could only dream about this kind of hidden camera video access.
Imagine if Rachel Dolezal and Brian Williams had a child!
She looks white. She talks white. If she was really a black woman they’d be accusing of her acting white.
Yep I wondered about that too. Why the report that she used the n word?,,Everyone knows that blacks are allowed to use that word and call each other by same. Its whites who are crucified for use of that word.
Gee, someone on here already made that reference ... LOL!
The Indian actress (dot, not feather, as Michael Berry says) that played in THE MINDY PROJECT has a brother who “BECAME” black so he could get into Harvard. It worked and now he’s trying to sell a book. “Mindy” said her and her brother have been estranged for some time and she didn’t know about it. However, it’s been reported that she told him it would bring shame on the family.
yes, an attack always comes to those ‘telling the truth’
A comedian said “When people use the phrase ‘n-word’, they don’t say it but they make me think it.” It’s like people saying friggin’. We know what they really mean.
something decent inside?
As long as she did it while she was black it's ok, right?
