It's a poorly designed website, IMO. Appears to be. Who would have thought to click on the flag to get their policy. Maybe if they made it more of a centerpiece of their site or put it under the "About Us" link then the whole issue could have been avoided.

Or maybe they DID see this, where it is currently located, on their website and decided this was a good opportunity to be "professionally offended."
