2. TPA takes away the Senates constitutional right to a 60-vote cloture vote.
You’re claiming that legislation has the power to change the Constitution?
Really?

Actually that is EXACTLY what the TPA bill does. Even the couple Cruz Bots we have here are not denying that.
So I am sure you will now be outraged, right?
If you believe that, then you are constitutionally illiterate.
But go ahead. Explain how mere legislation changes the Constitution.

Because I am certain you will fail to understand the importance of that connection, I will explain.
So-called Progressives create a treaty, but they call it an agreement. According to Blacks Law Dictionary, calling it an agreement does not make it an agreement. It is a treaty.
A treaty requires a 2/3 vote in the Senate. Period.
The Constitution can not be changed by a piece of mere legislation. If you really believe it can, then you will need to support your belief with facts and constitutional arguments.
Instead, you claim to rely of the failure of a couple of FR posters to catch your error and tell you about it.
Well, I have caught your error and I am telling you about it. You will not be able to meet my challenge. But go ahead, amuse me.
