Who's to say she lied? How do we know she doesn't have a black granddaddy somewhere hundreds of years ago? If you check "black" on a job application, nobody is going to swab your cheeks, looking for genetic markers. As far as the census bureau is concerned, you are whatever race you say you are.

Conservatives should play up this nonsense for everything it's worth. We may not be able to kill Affirmative Action or Title IX in the courts but what do you think will happen to the Left's two cherished programs when everyone starts checking the "black" and "female" boxes?
