Cruz and his wife, Heidi (née Nelson), have two daughters: Caroline (born 2008) and Catherine (born 2011). Cruz met his wife while working on the George W. Bush presidential campaign of 2000. She is currently taking leave from her position as
head of the Southwest Region in the Investment Management Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and previously worked in the White House for Condoleezza Rice and in New York as an investment banker.
Where do you see the words "trade or vice president" there?

According to USA Today, she worked both with the U.S. Trade Representative and Condi Rice, she’s a managing Director of Golman Sachs and runs the Houston Wealth Management Unit. The date on the article is 3/23/15 and the title is “Who is Heidi Cruz?”

Your challenge implies that her being a VP would be a bad thing. This link says she was until 2013, which would've been a good time to change titles if you thought your husband might run for president. I fully intended on voting for Cruz, but it greatly bothers me that he would give Obama, who is pure evil in my mind, one scintilla of additional power in any shape ,size, or form.
AND what is Sessions motivation for coming out against Cruz on this issue?
