A vote for TPA is a vote that virtually guarabtees the. passage of TPP due to it’s lowering of the needed votes to pass. Stop pretending otherwise.

NO ONE is talking about Israel. Who said this is about Israel?????????????????????

Suuuuuuuuuure they're not![/sarcasm]

Ted Cruz is the very first traditional conservative to take a consistently Fundamentalist position on all issues. He is pro-traditional morality (or as I prefer to put it, Divine commandments) as well as pro-Israel. Up to now "traditional conservatives" have been hostile to Israel while pro-Israel conservatives have been soft on morality. Ted Cruz, for the first time, is giving traditional Fundamentalist Protestants a voice!

Birchites, Feeneyites, traditionalist Catholics, and "chrstian reconstructionists" can't stand this. They want conservatives to ditch Israel and let support for Israel go back to being a liberal position.

Ted Cruz is the first REAL Fundamentalist Protestant to run for President in the modern era!

Heidi is no low level flunky she a bright Harvard Graduate Goldman Sachs VP in the Trade Division as she has her own Goldman clients too !
They all will be making huge Money here with TPP.
Its very DC insider of them. We get screwed by it.

My understanding of all this is somewhat vague.

But as I understand it, Heidi is (or was) managing director of a division of Goldman Sachs. On a leave of absence now.

AFAIK, she was never a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs.

But I could be wrong.

Any dolt can see that voting for TPA makes the TPP far more likely to pass. So a vote for TPA is in fact a vote for the eventuality of TPP.

That is a fact you don’t want anyone to know. You and Cruz are so much smarter than anyone else.

I don’t even know who all those guys are, much less whether they are guilty or innocent. One thing I do know though is that I won’t vote for Rudolph or Zimmerman for president!

Question......

Why would you not post the contents of this article? It’s dated, May 28 2012,
and isn’t from a Do Not Post source.

@ ncalburt

When the Kool Aid drinkers cannot argue FACTS, then they personally attack the messenger.

They are in 100% COMPLETE DENIAL. Listening to them SPIN, SPIN, SPIN is nauseating!

So now they employ the Leftist tactics of attack the messenger when they can’t argue the facts that are against you.

Thank you for posting this thread.

Now I know why for sure why Ted Cruz is for the TPA.

Speaking of the TPA. You got to love the “60 day argument” the Cruz Kool Aid drinkers keep making.

Here is my simple counter point.

REPLY:: “Okay the TPA gives us 60 days. What was the time frame before the 60 days that is in the TPA?”

Typical Answer: “I don’t know”? See all they are doing is Parroting what they have been told. They forgot to ask okay how many days we had before the TPA.

Anyhow, the answer is NO TIME FRAME. So they are LOWERING THE DEBATE TIME to 60 days from unlimited time. Hence the name “Fast Track”.

But they sell it to the public as a lie as if they are increasing the debate time. They are not. They are limiting it.

The other big fat lie is that that the TPA has nothing to do with the TPP. That’s complete B.S.

The TPA (aka Obama Trade) LOWERS THE STANDARDS from 2/3 majority to 51%. This is because the Establishment KNOWS they cannot pass the TPP, and other rigged deals without lowering the voting standards, via the TPA, first. So to say there is NO RELATIONSHIP what so ever is a LIE!

But Kool-Aid drinkers REFUSE to listen to facts. They are no different than Obama supporters that scream “Racist” when they can’t argue facts.

I don’t know if the line of attack is a winner or a loser. I don’t think it’s particularly relevant: Heidi Cruz is not running. Ted Cruz is, and we have more than enough information to dismiss him as a globalist shill. I also don’t like bringing family members into it.

Frankly, I don’t think Ted Cruz is worth the bandwidth. He has probably scuttled his own campaign. No sense getting all that excited about sixth place and floundering.

> “Come on, that’s an obvious typo.”

On QWERTY keyboards the letter ‘P’ is very far from the letter ‘A’. It’s no typo.

> “...TPA—which is what would make TPP, TiSA, and T-TiP an inevitability.”

False. TPA which is not a trade bill would require all trade bills to be made public for 60 days prior to a vote. With TPA there will be no secret trade deals. There’s nothing inevitable about trade bills that are negotiated using TPA.

> “I am not a liar.”

Liars never lie, uh huh ... at best you are severely misinformed and missing vital & crucial facts and understandings.

Because it is very relevant today.

CFR was involved in writing TPP as well as Goldman Sachs .

The source is a conservative site.

You have problem with that darn Internet like Ted Cruz !

Well, if you don’t want a “politician” you go with Carson. If you take the next year to take a stick and poke through the field, you will find something unsavory about all.
I felt revulsion looking at Ryan on FNS this morning, he is embedded with establishment repugs and all that does and doesn’t mean.Do I regret my vote in 2012? no, who else was there beside RomRyan. If the people whoi stayed at home had held their nose, think of what things wouldn’t have happened.
Cant we all...get ..along? We are miles from nowhere. The field is not set yet. We dont need a Bush Graham ticket.Oops, gotta run, stomach protests much.

Please explain how TPP and TPA change the U. S. Constitution.

According to Blacks Law Dictionary, the dictionary the USSC uses, the so-called trade agreement is a treaty, which means it requires a 2/3 vote to be approved by the Senate.

What is TREATY?

In international law. An agreement between two or more independent states. Brande. An agreement, league, or contract between two or more nations or sovereigns, formally signed by commissioners properly authorized, and solemnly ratified by the several sovereigns or the supreme power of each state. Webster; Cherokee Nation v. Georgia, 5 Pet. 00, 8 L. Ed. 25; Edye v. Robertson, 112 U. S. 5S0, 5 Sup. Ct. 247, 28 L. Ed. 798; Holmes v. Jennison. 14 Pet. 571, 10 L. Ed. 579; U. S. v. Rauscher, 119 U. S. 407, 7 Sup. Ct. 234, 30 L. Ed. 425; Ex parte Ortiz (C. C.) 100 Fed. 902.
