When Oregon puts Kitzhaber in prison like Louisiana did to Edwin Edwards, THEN you can insult Louisiana.
Oh, I never meant to insult Louisiana, I don’t think I have ever met someone from Louisiana that I disliked. It is true though that the state has a Long history of corruption in the statehouse and other areas, not to mention Mr. Edwards.
