Rev. Al Sharpton is questioning why Rachel Dolezals parents chose to out her for faking her racial identity now of all times.
The Black community was really shocked to find out that the president of the NAACPs Spokane chapter was pretending to be a Black woman. This information was new to us, but this was really nothing new for her family.
Despite what Rachels done during her tenure at the NAACP, and the lengths shes gone to to make everyone believe that shes a Black woman, Al told TMZ that her parents are really the only ones to blame for this mess.
I’m sure Al is concerned that a lot of things are going to come to light regarding this fake black woman, especially the preferential treatment afforded to any blacks regarding school admissions/automatic diplomas, hiring/promotion practices, etc.
The odd thing is she would have gotten all that as a woman anyway.
Hispanics are where balcks were before the “black power” movement kicked in (and brought afros and dark-skinned blacks to the forefront); prior to that, light-skinned blacks were practically a higher caste than darker ones.
When a Hispanic friend learned one of my sons had a female friend from Ecuador, her first question was, “Is she light-skinned?”
Hispanics themselves, while claiming racism, can be just as prejudiced; many are surprised when an “Anglo-looking” person speaks Spanish fluently (because just as many unlearned Americans think all Hispanics are short, dark Mexican-looking people, apparently many Hispanics also believe all Spanish-speaking people should look like that).
Al, sweetie, if a white woman thinks she’s black...then she is black. Get with the program.
Reva-runt Al doesn’t want no white girl competing with him in the racial grievance industry
You just knew he was going to blame the whiteys.
...questioning why Rachel Dolezal's parents chose to out her for faking her racial identity...
Good point. I’ll bet Al agrees with his contemporaries at MSNBC that Bruce Jenner is a woman.
She will sue her parents next.
