You probably do agree more with his full plan but the trolls aren't going to tell you the whole truth.

He's spoken on it extensively and it increasing H-1B visas is a result of many other conditions being met. Border security first, getting criminal aliens off the street and out of the country. Verifying that no Americans are available for the jobs etc. In fact in one comment I heard him talk about the "Reagan amnesty" as being the one time Reagan trusted but failed to verify.
