I disagree. The guy set an ambush, complete with explosives, at a police station. I call that terrorism, regardless of who the perp is.
Seems to me that it’s hard to judge this man until we know more of his motivations. It could be that he has a grievance with the Dallas police department and he is merely exercising his constitutional right to bear arms against a tyrannical government.
