What happens is that in America, with freedom of speech, the new media flourishes. These countries have no alternative but to join the corporations offered to them. I think it is an effort to pool a labor force without the labor force being able to find new business or new media alternatives that would pay better or offer a more direct chance of advancement.
For the same reason we had to have a budget before the new congress was seated.
You're right, I saw no tantrums coming from Lil Flower. Should have made that clear.
"Lets leave the insults to the lefties. Were better than this, here."
Sorry, Jane, but when I see the hysterics I see here, I'm going to call them as I see them.
Well, Flower, if you were so caught up in Bush worship, maybe you’re projecting. You should probably stop that.
I understand that Cruz is our best choice, by far, and trolls aren’t going to change that.
Funny thing...I checked your posting history back to the end of 2014. Despite your avowals of support for Cruz that you’ve regretfully now pulled, I saw no pro-Cruz posts by you.
What I DID see was one, “I’m not against Cruz, I’m FOR America” from a few months ago, and one post mocking Cruz for being on Twitter. Other than that, your posts are pretty much nothing but hostility, insults, and cursing.
So your trolling isn’t going to wash. Get it?
>And if one looks at the ratings, Sessions is not as conservative as Cruz. They all put their pants on one leg at a time and that included Ronald Reagan and Phil Crane <
Listen, I don’t care about ratings on any of these politicians. Whoever is supporting and giving more power to Obama, and doing it in secret, is reckless and doing great damage to us and our country. Rubio,Cruz, etc. If Sessions supported this I’d say the same thing about him. No one who is conservative should supporting tyranny, damage to our national sovereignty, or anything that is in violation of our constitution. Again it’s a cult of personality. I like Cruz, therefore I will make excuses for him when he votes to give a tyrant, more power. When it’s Pelosi doing it, no one on here makes excuses for her.
I am for America above all else. You should be, too. And if you correctly read my post I simply commented that I learned from my mistake in thinking that GW could do no wrong. I’m not the only person on FR who has realized that and has chose to learn from their mistakes instead of repeating them.
I was on the Ted Cruz ping list. Not because I didn’t like him but because I like you, believed he was our best candidate, and I was excited that finally we have a conservative running for office, and not someone Carl Rove picked. But giving Obama more power is a deal breaker for me. Maybe he will redeem himself in my eyes, but not at this point. I wish Sarah Palin would run, I wish she had last election, but she didn’t and apparently isn’t going to.
Going back and reading past posts of mine doesn’t mean you somehow know me. And you judging me for what I HAVEN’T posted is ridiculous. I have had life altering tragedies in my life in the last 6 months, that have forever changed me. So I don’t have time to worry with people who aren’t serious.
I’m through trying to converse with silly people. Have a nice day.
>Frankly its astounding how easily manipulated people are but if theyre being told what they want to hear theyll take every word as gospel.<
Best example yet of the pot calling the kettle black.
The same moral compass that tells him its a good idea to leave a baby in a broom closet to die is the moral compass that will sell American sovereignty to Pakistan through free trade.<
Exactly.
It’s very telling that no one commented on your post, don’t you think?
IMO, Cruz ought to have opposed it, for the obvious reason that the negotiator is a Marxist fiend who traded five prime terrorists for one wanton traitor. This GOP divide is so unnecessary. ALL of them should have rejected him, and pointed to lack of trust. This is self-immolation.
Yes, they ignore Cruz’s contradictions and flip-flop.
I am both surprised and upset by all of this. The logic is not there.
Here are a few questions “out of the gate.”
How can a true conservative champion a non-enumerated bureaucracy, let alone an international bureaucracy, which allows us 1 vote at a larger table, and which by nature is designed to impact our trade and economy?
Who pays for this new bureaucracy, the offices, travel, staff, police, enforcement of regulations...? Who are the governing recipients?
If economy and trade directly impact our own annual congressional budgets in the U.S., how can this not impact or interfere with future budget processes in Congress?
Regarding what is supposed to be our Constitutional Republic and representative form of government, why is the executive branch, which has routinely disclosed TS military operational details, hell bent on secrecy of this economic legislation?
Is Congress authorizing the president to “tweak” this legislation after it has been passed?
Can anyone actually prove we are not giving or transferring additional executive authority to this president, which was not enumerated in the Constitution? And NOT the “living breathing” version wrongly championed by the “progressives” or socialists.
Can we actually trust the executive branch and corporations who have crafted most of this legislation, already yoked by “corporatism,” who have demonstrated little to no loyalty to the U.S., or moral boundaries, to not give away more U.S. Sovereignty?
Are the new centralized international bureaucracies now being authorized in these bills, also being authorized to bypass the legislative branch in perpetuity on any economic & trade issues and policies, as most agencies our legislative and executive branches have created in the past have done?
Are we intentionally, or by “collateral damage,” helping to create and authorize an international authority which can either now or in the future, tax the U.S. without congressional approval?
Will the passage of this legislation help to create the bureaucracy necessary to implement UN climate regulations and taxes.?
Once created, will the U.S. Congress even be able to override divergent and harmful regulations? Will any attempt require 2/3rds of the Senate?
Does anyone actually know what is in the final version of this bill?
If not, how can a true conservative defend any congressmen or senator who does not know the breadth of what is in the final version they are voting for?
If Cruz didn't know these things then he's an idiot and doesn't deserve to be President. He's also showing that he is politically naive. There was no need for him to get on the forefront of fighting for a bill that is difficult for the American public to understand. It's a rookie political mistake.
Republicans are stupid in they think that they will win the White House and therefore they will want fast track. But there is little proof they will win much less hold on to power in congress. So Ted should be asking himself does he want to fast track the next 6 years of Democrat trade negotiations? I don't.
I'm a Ted Cruz supporter but I have been yelling from the sidelines shut up Ted this issue can only hurt you!
Obviously there is very much troubling about this “free trade” agreement and the way it is/has been negotiated.
After seeing the United Nations trample sovereignty for so many years we have grown accustomed to seeing such travesties.
The virtues of increased trade are not always beneficial. The South traditionally supported low tariffs but not the abolition of tariffs.
I opposed NAFTA (one of the few times I disagree with Rush L) simply because the side effects would likely increase immigration from Mexico.
These new Pacific Rim agreements will open new cans of worms without a doubt.
Actually, the same could essentially be said about Moses.....
.....that’s why he wanted Aaron to do the talking for him.
But God uses who he uses.......I’m sure Senator Sessions must know this, and has garnered the trust of many.
