When I went to Egypt with the MFO the air strip at Sharm el Sheik was under construction so we got off the DC8 stretch in Cairo and flew in on Egypt Air 737. All of the EA pilots are Egyptin AF reserve officers and apparently they train any time they are in the air. Wow! Did things I never wanted to see in a commercial air liner.
The couple times I’ve flown with EA the pilots’ military background showed. They landed like they were trying to stick the gear ten feet deep in the tarmac. Passengers? What f#@+ing passengers.
