I wonder if she’d be guilty of mail fraud for putting the hate letter in her P.O. box. It was done on USPS property, but it didn’t actually get processed through the mail, from the sound of it. She’s either diabolically clever(avoiding mail fraud charges by not actually mailing said letter) or really dumb(not thinking that they’d check for a postmark). I’m thinking dumb is more likely.
I don’t know when I’ve seen a worse looking hangman’s noose. Was it even functional?
