Yes, but RICO is very difficult to prosecute.

No one with any objectivity at all would believe that those arrested are somehow all connected in a crime that could be prosecuted under RICO.

Bottom line Waco is using RICO because they have no probable cause for the arrests, the confiscations and absolutely no chance of defending the unconstitutional bail amounts.

In fact if you look at RICO laws you could just as easily conclude, the WACO PD and the judge that set the bail were in violation of RICO statutes.

Well when you consider...we have sitting elected officials wanting to charge people that don't believe in Global Warming/Climate change...with RICO charges.

Then there you go!!
