I came upon this in a swift search on the Cossacks as bad dude druggie kidnapping extorting biker gang guys (which is evidently what the Bandidos are in some measure at least within the club, like Mongols, Hells Angels, etc.).
I read it several times ... basically, any implication of hard-core criminal gang culture in the Cossacks Club -- not gang, but club -- is IMPLIED only on the word of:
-- a "gang expert/Kansas City-area police officer"
-- the vp of the International Association of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators (who specifically avoids any mention of criminality from Cossacks, but only as targets of aggressor Bandidos)
-- general police bulletin-type info, official biker memo type stuff
Mention of Cossacks being assaulted, and retaliating, much accusation of being affiliated with the Hells Angels ... although the general browsing I've done make Cossacks look to me kinda like a club of younger folks from all walks who love to ride in a fellowship club, some of them a little on the shady side but most of them pretty good folks. Apparently, they are being used as pawns by being misrepresented in the media, and blatantly.
don-o, thanks for keeping the threads posted. This whole charade is a hinge-point in our country's destiny, transpiring as we watch and comprehend. There is ZERO CHANCE that serious players in the criminal biker culture would choose that place (restaurant in busy shopping area) and that time (a state-wide club-wide legit public meeting at brunch time Sunday) to "call down," and if "law enforcement" already there waiting knew these guys were criminals, is that law enforcement so inept that they can't catch them any other way?
Just jaw-dropping.
