The provisions for no filibuster has been in EVERY Fast Track bill for the past 80 years that was specified in the Cruz statement.
So, Cruz goes into great detail about the “good” provisions of TPA that he supports, but at best you can claim he gave a glossed-over inference to the filibuster with his “up and down vote” comment.
And Cruz is the guy who used the filibuster to great effect in shutting down the government. Right.
