Unfortunately these a$$holes are covered in their “employment contracts” by district-paid errors and omissions insurance most likely, so the district (or it’s insurance carrier) will shoulder the costs of the prosecution. Still, if enough of this stuff goes to court, insurance carriers would start raising premiums or deny coverage so the lawsuits will have a positive effect.
