A California-based company has placed a Texas woman on administrative leave for her part in a controversial pool incident in McKinney that went viral after footage surfaced of a police officer pinning down a 15-year-old black girl.

Her company better be very sure that it was Tracey that made those comments, was involved in that fight and that she made it easy to connect her with the company.
Ridiculous! And take note that it was one of those commie black activist groups that launched this attack on this woman’s career and financial well-being by now making her dispute with that mob a company issue.
Funny, I just watched that video and all I saw was her trying to get the black chick to let go of her friends hair.
As soon as the black girl let go of her friends hair, she walked away with her.
Basically she was a hero, trying to save her friend.
I love the smell of lawsuits in the morning-let the games begin...
They are going to have to prove that Tracey made comments that can be seen as racist. However, Texas is an Employment at Will state and a person can be fired without cause.
Technically, words never “start fights,” even when the words are insulting, degrading, etc. “Starting a fight” takes a physical act.
Her employer was Bank of America

Is cookafornicatia the same?
No, but it looks like her company is going after what it is claimed that she said.
That's the truth, which is why people are terrified of getting involved in anything racial. No matter what the facts, if the usual suspects brand you a racist, the first thing you can do is kiss your job good-bye. The only people who can afford to be honest about race are people who don't have jobs or don't need their jobs. This society really makes me sick.
I don’t think so, but she is based in Texas and falls under Texas employment laws.
When Black Kids Attack Vol 2.
If you use Facebook, never list your employer.
Sure, they can fire her for whatever they want, but they cant defame her in the process. Assaulting her character and claiming falsely she did something the didn’t or is a racist, ect, is grounds for a lawsuit.
Understood. I was just remarking on the headline, which asserts that she started a fight.
Hopefully the lady finds a better job, with an upstanding company.
Well, that covers all the white people involved.
Glad we could clear that up.
I wonder about that. I’ve signed employment contracts and NDAs with companies that clearly stated any employment-based litigation would be in and under the laws of a different state (usually where the company was headquartered.
Additionally, this personnel action could fall under Federal labor law, making the state law irrelevant.
However, I think we’re now in an area where companies are willing to risk lawsuits and settlements with former employees to avoid being targeted by activists. Just another cost of doing business.
They are not accusing her of anything, they are investigating.
she will have to go through diversity training first. maybe she should start carrying a mattress or something.
