Paul Ryan on FOX News: Voting on the process NOT the agreement. There is not an agreement totally drawn up yet. They will do that in fall AFTER they all see it. He said don’t believe what you read on internet. I give benefit of doubt first to Ryan. Facts are getting so convoluted, especially on line, these days.Why change the current process? Why keep this change in process secret?
