Most Safeway and Giant food stores have a pharmacy section, thus those were probably targeted as well to get the drugs.

I bet that CVS sold lots of food. I've driven by it hundreds of times and been inside only a couple of times. They had cans, pasta, bread, pb&j, plus junk food - better than the 7-11 stores that are left.
