Yep. I hope they continue to point out that 11 other officers did it exactly right.
Just like anything else. The majority does it right but one cop, who at the very least, is having some obvious anger management issues totally blows the good work and the goodwill that the others have earned.
IIRC, this guy was one of three who was surrounded by a gang of kids who were not responding to lawful orders.
So those eleven the chief is referring to were NOT the first ones on the scene.
My take is the chief is throwing the cop under the bus.
The officer did nothing wrong.
