At some point, it appears that other officers had to restrain Casebolt.
If he had to be restrained by his fellow officers, he was out of control and the city acted in a responsible manner by asking him to resign.
I would sure be ashamed it it were me, the guy was hysterical and raving, and acting like Barney Fife.
It is best that he got out of a line of work, that he is too emotional for.

More local law enforcement will be inclined to just sit back and do the minimum as a result of this. The McKinney Police Chief is a coward that caved to the pressure from the black racist agendanistas IMHO.
