What did the Texas State Troopers know about him that got him off the force? His record looks good from them.
Why did McKinney PD hire him? By letting the mob rule the day we don’t get any improvement in the system. The people who perhaps ignored the signs of a bad cop are still in place. The system isn’t changed and justice, in the broadest sense, isn’t served and the future isn’t changed.
