No candidate will do that. Some might imply that they will, but they have no such intention. They are owned by the class of people who own nearly all business activity, sponsor the so-called news and influence policies everywhere.

The only chance is to focus on a candidate who has a record of cutting big government spending instead of only talking about it (maybe one like Walker). That would decrease the time and money that the political class has for political activities.
