I am quite shocked that FR has blindly seemed to tolerate these many biker gang apology threads and the vicious personal attacks good FReepers have had to endure trying to stand up for what is right and decent.

People who are convicted of felonies do lose some constitutional rights but everyone else has full rights. There are people that consider reading FR a hate crime. Should that cause us to lose our constitutional rights?
