One resident, Benet Embry, a black man, posted on Facebook about the events leading up to the police call. “Look, I LIVE in this community and this ENTIRE incident is NOT racial at all,” Embry wrote. “A few THUGS spoiled a COMMUNITY event by fighting, jumping over fences into a PRIVATE pool, harassing and damaging property. Not EVERYTHING is about RACE. WE have other issues that NEED our attention other flights of made up make believe causes.”
In another post he is critical of media coverage of the incident. “I’ve never seen such irresponsible reporting and miss management of media resources in my life,” he said.

In a neighborhood where its LEGAL to shoot a man who is in your driveway stealing your car...AND trying to get away.
You need to read the article. You are misinformed on a number of facts.
Yeah, I don’t think the kid’s parents (whoever they might be) are going to be very successful in civil court. Courts are not the media, they’ll look at all the evidence.
The reality of the situation will not matter.
The only thing that will matter at the trial is the video of the cop taking that 15 year old girl to the ground.

That maybe but if officers stop arresting based on new witnesses that may or may not show up suddenly after the arrest then they might as well go to the house and let mayhem rule.
Further whether she was invited or not she was told to leave on numerous occasions and failed to follow the officers commands. His commands were not onerous or dangerous but for his and everyone else’s protection, disperse the crowd and gain control. She was just being stupid and paid for it. I doubt she will learn her lesson and her parents will be angry with the police for not putting up with her yappy mouthing off like they do.

Was sued twice and won both cases prior to even going to court.
During the discovery process it is best to stand your ground and call a spade a space (no racial slur intended).
Be stronger in your evidence than those who would accuse you.
We could create some consequences. Let’s insist that the liberal elite do more to help these ‘disaffected youths’; after all, they created them. They should bus all of these ‘children’ to the Hamptons for the summer and share their place of relaxation. :-)

Seems like many black women think they can intimidate white folks but back down if confronted. Lived in the city long enough to identify the screamers who lack fortitude. I was sitting at a bank behind two ATM machines that were both in use and waiting to see which car would pull away first. A young black woman pulled in behind me and started screaming hurry up and pick one. I rolled down my window and screamed back even louder, “SHUT THE *expletive* UP! I’LL PICK ONE WHEN I’M DAMN READY.” I was so pissed that day I was ready to get out of the car if need be. She looked very surprised and decided to give it a rest.
The city will be writing her family a check.

In general, the comments out there by all the SJWs are quite amusing and absurd.
Most banks are set up for “next available teller” lines inside. I see little problem with treating the outside similarly.

The case will likely not go to court as the city will settle.
You can bet your ass that for the "youths", "teens", and "Gentle Giants" involved, it was all about race.
