SO if it had been you in the pizza parlor: you’d have shot the guy instead of just beating him with a tire iron....
If I had to go to my car and get my tire iron (or gun) and returned, I would be charged with some kind of premeditation. So , Yeah, it would be better just to shoot him on impulse.
Strangely enough, the more folks I see (and know) are carrying, the more nicer everyone in the vicinity seems to be.
