Several calls made about large group fighting...nine police cars...officer did his best. Next time he will stand around and let the punks fight and disturb. Good job by police officer in difficlut situation.

I think that's absurd.
Unless that little girl was guilty of a felony, that cop was WAY out of line.
I don't believe he should ever be allowed to wear a badge or a gun again.
You said it yourself - nine police cars on the scene. And yet, only this one numbskull decided to start running around throwing people on the ground. If that was his best, then I am confident in saying that he was the worst officer on the scene.
