Yes, unless you know a way to read peoples thoughts using your threshold would allow cops to shoot anyone they encountered on the grounds the “might” want to murder them.
It’s nice to know that you can make such accurate assessments from a seven minute, highly edited video, out of a situation that was thirty minutes in the making.
If you believe that cops should never be able to pull out their revolver when they believe it to be necessary, then you should be fighting to disarm the police.
