The state should investigate and if there are any cases that fall outside of the SoL and have witness or evidence, Josh should be prosecuted.
My opinion is the Duggar family took care of the problem within the family. It should have stayed this way. Now the girls Josh pawed get to suffer public humiliation. The girls look OK and not traumatized by the touching. Lets get real here. The touching and pawing was disgusting but it is nowhere near rape and penetration.
Like I said. The girls were not traumatized by it though all the publicity now just might do it. Might hurt them with boyfriends and marriage.
