Sure looks like a bunch of biker scum and cops standing around in a parking lot crime scene to me.

I do not see any good hides.
I do not see any good non-shooting spotter positions,
I do not see any E and E routes
I do not see any sound disrupting audio reflectors
I do not see any elevated positions
I do not see any good angle-offs
I do not see any good B/U targets.
I do not see any through and through victims.
I do not see any good ricochet or over-under traps.
I do see at least two yellow sheet covered bodies that would not be first chosen sniper targets from where they fell.
