I have a few goals here, one is to remind the actual SES policy makers (as opposed to the lower-ranking dupes) that if it gets really ugly, they, personally, will not find any safe refuge. At all.

Well you can bet the "all that matters is I get home safe at the end of the shift" crowd isn't going to like asymmetrical warfare one bit, either.
Let us hope Ms. Lynch is on the phone letting the Waco PD that they are on their own in this. Perhaps they would listen to her, perhaps not. OTOH, if adding blood on top of blood is what she and the Klown are hoping for they may get a lot more blood than they anticipated and it may ultimately include their own.
