I’ve looked further into the faith practices of this family and would have to agree with you.......but given that they weren’t negligent in how they handled the situation, (considering their ability to do so at the time), attempting to backtrack isn’t helping their current situation....
Also they kept saying in the video what a terrible awful horrible thing their son had done.......which simply feeds their faith practices how be it after the fact. So they appear to me to be extremists in their thinking and very black and white.
Yes, I agree with you. And you are right that they ultimately did do the right thing in going to the authorities and reporting it and in getting some attention for their daughters. The releasing of the sealed juvenile records was a crime done by somebody clearly out to get them. I hope the Duggar’s sue whoever is responsible.
