WACO TEXAS Twenty-five bikers arrested in the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks have been released from jail since Thursday, when prosecutors and defense attorneys started negotiating the reduction of bonds.
Two of those released recently include Sandra Drama Lynch, of Mart, and her husband, Mike, a plumber.
Sandra Lynch is a well-known advocate for bikers rights who reserved the patio for the meeting of a regional bikers rights coalition two weeks ago at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco.
The deadly shootout erupted in the Twin Peaks parking lot about 30 minutes before that meeting was to begin.
Also released on a reduced bond this week was Matthew Clendennen, 30, of Hewitt, who filed a federal civil rights suit against the city of Waco and McLennan County last week, alleging he was wrongfully arrested and detained.

“So how many of the people whose pictures you posted are Banditos oh psychic one”
I have no idea how many of those arrested were in the Banditos, but my understanding is that many were in the Bandidos.
There is so little coming from what I guess you would call legitimate journalism (how DO you define that and why?), that those of us who want to know the deal at Waco welcome about anything we can find.
And, Sundance has a good reputation from many here. Including me.
And you know this by experience.
Point of information, please. Have you ever started a thread.
If yes; Why?
If no; Why not?
No ... they were not. Listen if you can ... I ride ... and yes I am a member of a club ... ALR and Patriot Guard. If I was riding by and saw a group of bikes ... I would probably pull in to see what was up and see if I had friends there. I may or may not have seen the colors involved. The Leathernecks MC were there ... they are Marines as is the Marines MC. I would ignore the Banditos or Hells Angles or any other outlaw club while I was there. Also this was a CoC meeting. All clubs in the area attend ... from 1% to Hoggies. I have attended these meetings for years in three different states. These meetings are neutral ground for the clubs and most attendees are just people who like to ride in groups. Bottom line ... most of those attending are NOT in outlaw clubs. The cops ILLEGALLY arrested EVERYONE and ANYONE who was there. The pictures you so lightly posted include mostly innocent people whose only crime was being there. So if you are serious about this quit the crap it is uncalled for. If you are a troll then you will persist
Out of 170 folks arrested, only ONE THIRD had criminal records in Texas.
Perhaps that is true, put that in no means they did not participate in criminal activity at the Waco Twin Peaks.

Would you agree that just because the involved Obama DOJ agents and the local police on the scene of the homicides have not been charged with wrongdoing (yet) that does not mean that they (the LEOs) did not participate in criminal activity at the Waco Twin Peaks?
I am not one to give a pass to police officers when they are involved in a shooting. In fact, I was very critical of the North Charleston police officer that shot a suspect in the back.
You hooked onto a jackboot licker without peer. So you can guess what will ensue.
I apparently hooked into two of them
The Agency posters seem to have retreated back under their rocks. The behavior of the authorities screams guilt and cover up. Look at this raghead in Boston. One day and the video is up. Over two weeks now and Waco PD has yet to produce anything that would allow a person to support them. I keep seeing this UC in trouble crap and it don’t ring true. I suspect if some LE was dumb enough to put on Bandidos colors they would not deal with him in a public place. I ain’t saying they wouldn’t deal with him. I suspect he would be told, “Bro, noob, we just got a call gotta go to (remote location) to take a big meth delivery.”. You can write the script from there. No way they would throw down on him in public with 200 witnesses. Most of ‘em ain’t real bright but none are that stupid.
You are absolutely right about the Banditos ... they absolutely would NOT have done this in public. This IMO was the cops from start to finish. I take this very personal cause had this happened in Arizona or Calif ... I could EASILY have been there ... as could have been many of my friends. ... oh and lastly SCREW all these freakin no-nothing trolls who say that these were all gang members ... they have no idea of what they are talking about ...
Have you noticed how quickly video of the incident with the jihadist being killed in Massachusetts was so quickly released in the name of transparency to show that law enforcement's actions were “righteous”? And have you noticed that the Waco authorities are doing just the opposite and, at best, sitting on ALL evidence from the crime scene? That includes videos, ballistics, forensics, autopsies, etc. Do you have any curiosity as to why that may be?
I was riding my bike and stopped at the Shell station just south of Midlothian for gas several months ago. A guy wearing colors pulled up to the next pump on a Harley. I almost made small talk but decided not to. He was a “Cossack”. After a few minutes there were four more Cossack bikers parking their bikes in front of the store. I got my gas and left, but asked around about them and was told they were a criminal gang that dealt meth.
That was the last I had heard or seen of them until the Waco incident. I can tell you “Wino Willie’s Crew” is comprised of a$$h*les, too. I think they were thrown out of the Booze Fighters.
That’s why I say this is a Texas-style Benghazi fustercluck. The Feds had a nefarious plan, patriots got in the way, and there is no way for the Feds to explain it. Fortunately real lawyers will sort this out, not Issa or Gowdy or Chaffetz.
I really do not see Waco PD cooperating with the Obama Justice Department.

Go back and look at the early coverage. You’ll note that BATF and FBI operatives were at Waco coordinating with the locals. Do you think that they were standing around picking their noses?
I have read all sorts of crap that make everyone there for a Confederation of Clubs meeting either a Cossack or Bandito, But that is as likely as everyone at a playoff game being a Lakers Fan.
I am objecting to 1: The broad brush some people here are painting anyone on a motorcycle with. The presumption of criminal activity on the part of those arrested. The presumption of guilt, either individually or by association, which might be nothing more than having a beer. and the conflation of all motorcyclists with the likes of the Crips or Bloods. Not everyone at the meeting was white, either.
What criminal activity?
You act as if all anyone on a motorcycle does is ride around and sell drugs.
Not so. Bikers are pretty high profile for that.
If you really want a drug mule, look for someone who looks like a middle class traveling salesman in a modest vehicle with a beefed up suspension and a load in the door panels. They can haul a lot more crap than anyone could fit on a motorcycle.
I am not saying everyone in the Banditos or the Cossacks, or the Sunday sewing circle is a saint. You can find criminals in any group of people large enough.
But I'm not asserting everyone at that meeting was a Bandito or Cossack, either. A minimum of due diligence would indicate that, or you can take the word of those who spew nonsense.
LOL!!! The visual that it suggests is ... fascinating!!!
