WACO TEXAS Twenty-five bikers arrested in the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks have been released from jail since Thursday, when prosecutors and defense attorneys started negotiating the reduction of bonds.
Two of those released recently include Sandra Drama Lynch, of Mart, and her husband, Mike, a plumber.
Sandra Lynch is a well-known advocate for bikers rights who reserved the patio for the meeting of a regional bikers rights coalition two weeks ago at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco.
The deadly shootout erupted in the Twin Peaks parking lot about 30 minutes before that meeting was to begin.
Also released on a reduced bond this week was Matthew Clendennen, 30, of Hewitt, who filed a federal civil rights suit against the city of Waco and McLennan County last week, alleging he was wrongfully arrested and detained.

An actual federal lawsuits by bikers may have sobered the DA too.

Yeah, I believe everything written by “Sundance”.
If homeboy is actually a source, where is his name?
Why is this just on some crappy blog?
This is the same guy that regurgitates wire service articles and cites them as sources for conclusions that aren’t supported by the original article.
I live within 100 miles of Waco, and I haven’t seen anything about this on the news—but I don’t often watch the news.

Sorry you are not impressed.

Now you tell me what network or newspaper who has anything as well done.
You're right here on it.
The number of cheesy threads posted about your favorite issue has no bearing upon reality.
Especially at "no standards" Treehouse.
They referenced the Waco Tribune for the portion of the article I excerpted.
But that isn't where your link directed traffic, is it?
If looks could kill, there would be a lot more people in this world charged with murder. But looks don’t kill.
I hope sanity will return to Waco and they get down to charging the few that may have committed actual crimes, and releasing the rest.
I’m hoping the governor and the Texas Rangers will get this thing sorted out as soon as possible because the Waco and McClennan County judges seem to be dragging this out.
There is NO excuse for this in a free country and those who perpetrated this heinous crime need to be held accountable.
One FR brother said that this is the biggest example of police state that has been seen in many years. I will second that. This cannot go unanswered nor swept under the rug like Ruby Ridge or Waco. I do believe that this example of police being totally out of control is either at a level or surpasses those two events.
To those jackboot licking idiots here on FR ... you know who you are T-G DesertRINO and recently ImanIdiot ... may your chains rest lightly as you ... YES YOU ... have blood on your enabling hands
No, it was not and it was because the link I furnished is much more complete.
That site has often been referenced here. I have commented on several such articles this week.
Yes, the Waco mess bothers me. I have confidence the abuse will be cleaned up. But is has not been handled well at all to this point.
The question is, has anyone released spoken about what the hell happened? So far we have seen one person say essentially, I heard shots and took cover. Sage advice but not very informative.
I totally agree.
Gang members never smile for their mugshots.
I stepped up and smiled the same as I have been smiling for my drivers' license photos since I got my first one 42 years ago. The operator told me not to smile and made me take it over.
You continue to languish in ignorance and pig-headed refusal to face the facts: Out of 170 folks arrested, only ONE THIRD had criminal records in Texas.
If you really believe that hard-core criminal bikers only have arrest records one in three ... then you have lived a very, very sheltered life.

.
We direct traffic to our friends, not our enemies.
.
Most innocent people don’t smile for mugshots either ... so what’s your point ... if you have one
about what the hell happened?
Waco’s insurers/bonders are facing such losses they will keep everything obfuscated they can.
