How about an open market for votes?
I want a national lottery with the stipulation that if you play, you forfeit your vote for 1 year. $1 per ticket and you can play as many times as you like.
Get that jackpot up over a billion dollars and it will decimate the democrat voter base.
We could trade cell phones and food stamps for votes.. Oh wait that’s been done.
