According to Ewing, there was no plan or premeditation to kill Shrestha that night

They were both drinking (and who knows what else, they had whipped cream in cans and some people huff those).

A rapist (even impaired) doesn't get to use the excuse "didn't start out intended that way").

I seriously doubt the nitrous charge of one can of whipped cream would do much, especially between two people, including college-age body-mass females.

According to the perp's account, it appears that her expectations didn't match the "experimenting" and "toying" vic's, and Ewing became the "woman scorned".

Normally, I'd think the sentence was too much for "a crime of passion", but Ewing has a nasty streak in her, given her hazing history.

As for Shrestha, if she hooked up with a guy, after the "passion", he would have rolled over and gone to sleep, not engaging in any misconstrued pillow talk leading to homicide.

I used to buy my little grand kids small cans of whipped cream (When their parents weren't around) and let them spray into their own mouths.

Is there something in it that would make them high? (other than the sugar)
